Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may request a refund for subscriptions purchased on the TesvikAra platform ("Platform"), operated by Penfai LLC ("Company", "we", "us"). By subscribing to any paid plan, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Free Trial

All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. During the trial period, you will not be charged. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the trial ends without incurring any fees. If you do not cancel before the trial period expires, your selected plan will be activated and billing will commence automatically.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@penfai.com. Upon cancellation:

  • Your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period.
  • No further charges will be applied after cancellation takes effect.
  • Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Within 7 days of first payment: If you are not satisfied with the Platform after your first payment (post-trial), you may request a full refund within 7 days of being charged.
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges: If you were charged more than once for the same billing period or charged in error, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate or incorrect amount.
  • Service unavailability: If the Platform experiences significant downtime (more than 72 consecutive hours) during your billing period, you may request a pro-rata refund for the affected period.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Requests made more than 7 days after the initial payment (except for duplicate/erroneous charges).
  • Failure to cancel before an automatic renewal.
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated incentive recommendations or matching results, as these are informational and do not guarantee application approval.
  • Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Partial use of the subscription during the billing period.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@penfai.com with the following information:

  • Your registered email address.
  • The date of the charge.
  • The reason for your refund request.

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

7. Annual Subscriptions

For annual plans, the 7-day refund window applies from the date of the annual payment. After this period, you may cancel your annual subscription, but no partial refund will be issued for the remaining months. Your access will continue until the end of the annual billing period.

8. Changes to This Policy

The Company reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-Platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
